Hey - I'd value your honest design critique of these Haya directions.

Haya is a hiring workspace. I'm exploring a more distinctive identity while
keeping the existing product workflows and backend intact. The kit contains
three original directions and twelve seeded visual experiments. O2 / Signal
has been revised from the build brief and is the focus of this review.

Please open START-HERE.html from the unzipped folder, find O2, and try My work,
Candidates / Paths, the List toggle, a candidate, and light/dark themes. It
works locally. The PDF preserves the earlier comparison round; use the live
screens and O2 captures to critique the revision.

I'm especially interested in what feels specific to Haya, what feels generic
or overdesigned, and what would become tiring in a recruiter's daily work.
Please separate the layout, type, colour and interaction ideas - you do not
have to choose one complete design. Rejecting every direction is useful too.

Use the option ID (O1-O3 or S01-S12), say what you noticed and why it matters,
then suggest what you'd keep or change. About 15-20 minutes would be great.
The review page can download your notes as a file to send back. Thanks!
